Conceria Nuti Ivo SPA was founded in 1955 by Ivo Nuti in Santa Croce sull'Arno, an area that had already been renowned for centuries for the art of leather tanning. Production began with only 15 employees and focused on suede split leather for footwear, demonstrating an innovative spirit from the outset, since at the time split leather was considered an almost unusable by-product.
In 1970 the company began to specialize in luxury leather goods and since 1985 an increasingly important part of its production has been destined for foreign markets. Thanks to the technical and qualitative results obtained, to the reliability demonstrated and to the structural solidity, Tannery Nuti Ivo has been more and more able to compete on the international market and today about 85% of the product is exported.
In order to obtain a product of high quality and constant high technical content over time, the entire production process is carried out completely within the company and constantly monitored to meet strict quality standards. Research and development are the order of the day to ensure cutting-edge technical expertise and high-performance products.
The production process of the tannery Nuti Ivo has obtained over the years many certifications including LWG GOLD and TRACKING 'raw materials that ensure the sustainability of our production process.
Since the mid-1990s, the company has had its own internationally accredited laboratory. The entire process is monitored to meet strict quality standards.
Today, thanks to more than 60 years of experience and impeccable reputation, Nuti Ivo SPA tannery is supplier of the most important international luxury brands.
The production focuses on fully traceable leathers for high quality leather goods and in particular European calves and heifers selected and checked at the origin by our experts to ensure the highest quality in the entire chain.

La conceria LLOYD SRL nasce nel 1981 producendo e commercializzando pellame conciato al vegetale per cinture, pelletteria, selleria e calzatura. La produzione è basata sull’utilizzo di pellame grezzo bovino di origine nazionale ed estera sotto forma di spalle, gropponi e fianchi. La conceria LLOYD è situata a Santa Croce sull’Arno e si è specializzata nella lavorazione con tannini vegetali.
Lloyd's products are processed through traditional craftsmanship, using tannic extracts from renewable vegetable sources such as trees, barks and fruits, which give the leather a natural coloration. This kind of technique assumes a low environmental impact during the disposal of the final product and the waste derived from the processing during the different phases. One of the properties that makes our processing unique is the production of products for saddlery and leather goods, dyed and greased by hand with a base of natural oils and waxes, characterized by high resistance to wear and traction.

The Tannery PAPETE SRL is a young and dynamic reality that since 2012, year of production start-up, processes bovine hides such as calves, half calves and vegetable-tanned sides. The hides are supplied in thicknesses from 1.0 mm. to 2.5 mm. and are intended for the production of leather goods and footwear. Vegetable tanning gives a natural, antique and long-lasting appearance to the hides, ideal for use in the production of refined accessories.
The production process is based on the use of ancient tanning techniques, implemented through the use of products of natural origin extracted from the bark of trees or fruits from environmentally sustainable crops. Through this technique the leathers take on different warm and natural colors depending on the tannins used. All this using the most modern and efficient production technologies.
The production process of Papete tannery has obtained over the years many certifications including LWG GOLD that guarantee the sustainability of our production process.

The Deluxe SRL tannery was opened in 2013 and is the latest addition to the Nuti Ivo Group. Deluxe is the ideal partner to respond to the needs of sheep leather for footwear, leather goods and clothing, because it can offer a highly competitive product, combining semi-finished products from the countries of origin of the raw material with the technology and taste of a tannery of Italian tradition.
Production takes place through direct control by our qualified personnel at the place of manufacture, guaranteeing the high quality tanning that has distinguished the Nuti Ivo group throughout the world over the years. The delocalization of production in various sites allows the company great flexibility in terms of both quality and quantity.
Tannery Deluxe offers a wide range of products: different types of tassels for footwear, leather goods and garments, linings for bags and small leather goods. Some of the most used innovative technologies are digital printing and coupling of leather and fabrics.
In recent years Deluxe has also specialized in the production of Metal Free linings for footwear, with the development of a technology that allows the maintenance of competitive costs.

Everest Tannery was founded in 1990 for the production of splits and chamois leather. Subsequently, calfskins and small calfskins were also integrated into the production, mainly for the footwear market. The current production is characterized by a non-stop research of new proposals that are designed, processed and developed continuously thanks to the unceasing teamwork of our technicians.

Our line of exclusive stampings makes each of our creations unique and inimitable. The plates, created by hand, are cast from the skin of real animals. The Everest printed area is mainly dedicated to reptile and alligator imitations.
