Conceria Nuti Ivo SPA was founded in 1955 by Ivo Nuti in Santa Croce sull'Arno, an area that had already been renowned for centuries for the art of leather tanning. Production began with only 15 employees and focused on suede split leather for footwear, demonstrating an innovative spirit from the outset, since at the time split leather was considered an almost unusable by-product.
In 1970 the company began to specialize in luxury leather goods and since 1985 an increasingly important part of its production has been destined for foreign markets. Thanks to the technical and qualitative results obtained, to the reliability demonstrated and to the structural solidity, Tannery Nuti Ivo has been more and more able to compete on the international market and today about 85% of the product is exported.
In order to obtain a product of high quality and constant high technical content over time, the entire production process is carried out completely within the company and constantly monitored to meet strict quality standards. Research and development are the order of the day to ensure cutting-edge technical expertise and high-performance products.
The production process of the tannery Nuti Ivo has obtained over the years many certifications including LWG GOLD and TRACKING 'raw materials that ensure the sustainability of our production process.
Since the mid-1990s, the company has had its own internationally accredited laboratory. The entire process is monitored to meet strict quality standards.

Everest Tannery was founded in 1990 for the production of splits and chamois leather. Subsequently, calfskins and small calfskins were also integrated into the production, mainly for the footwear market. The current production is characterized by a non-stop research of new proposals that are designed, processed and developed continuously thanks to the unceasing teamwork of our technicians.

Tannery LLOYD SRL was established in 1981 producing and marketing vegetable-tanned hides for belts, leather goods, saddlery and footwear. Production is based on the use of raw bovine hides of domestic and foreign origin in the form of shoulders, rump and flanks. The LLOYD tannery is located in Santa Croce sull'Arno and specializes in processing with vegetable tannins.
Lloyd's products are processed through traditional craftsmanship, using tannic extracts from renewable vegetable sources such as trees, barks and fruits, which give the leather a natural coloration. This kind of technique assumes a low environmental impact during the disposal of the final product and the waste derived from the processing during the different phases. One of the properties that makes our processing unique is the production of products for saddlery and leather goods, dyed and greased by hand with a base of natural oils and waxes, characterized by high resistance to wear and traction.
Lloyd Srl Tannery has obtained many certifications over the years including LWG Gold which guarantee the sustainability of our production process.

The Tannery PAPETE SRL is a young and dynamic reality that since 2012, year of production start-up, processes bovine hides such as calves, half calves and vegetable-tanned sides. The hides are supplied in thicknesses from 1.0 mm. to 2.5 mm. and are intended for the production of leather goods and footwear. Vegetable tanning gives a natural, antique and long-lasting appearance to the hides, ideal for use in the production of refined accessories.
The production process is based on the use of ancient tanning techniques, implemented through the use of products of natural origin extracted from the bark of trees or fruits from environmentally sustainable crops. Through this technique the leathers take on different warm and natural colors depending on the tannins used. All this using the most modern and efficient production technologies.

Novakem is an internal division of Nuti Ivo Group created to make chemicals for tanneries. Born in July 2014 from a close collaboration between chemical engineers and a group of historical tanners in Italy in a perfect mix between specific technical knowledge and over 50 years of tanning experience at the highest levels.
Novakem's objective is to produce a limited number of chemical products of the highest quality, able to satisfy the needs of selected tanneries, becoming an international reference point in the sector. Novakem products are particularly suitable for the production of high quality leathers, both for Vegetable and Chrome tanning.
Our product concept is developed through the use of the best raw materials available on the market, with particular attention to the concentration of the active substance and with regard to REACH regulations. Novakem chooses quality raw materials directly from the producer without any intermediary.
