It is 1955 when Ivo Nuti opens in Santa Croce sull'Arno his first tannery (the Nuti Ivo precisely), 15 employees to produce suede split for footwear. We are in the middle of an economic boom and production grinds orders along with a fast growing Italy.
Today, thanks to the strong versatility of techniques and production, the Nuti Ivo group produces bovine and ovine hides for leather goods, belts, footwear, clothing, saddlery and upholstery with chrome, vegetable and metal free tanned leathers, according to the different needs of the customer.
